Two Experts, One Mission
Gaby Cabrera -Kimchi
AFMCP, INHC, MSc, RHC
Gaby is a certified Functional Medicine Practitioner and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach who is passionate about revolutionising women's health.
After experiencing ill-health from adrenal dysfunction and chronic stress in early motherhood, Gaby’s own healing journey set her on a path to sustainable health and was the catalyst for the creation of Wellness with Gaby and her signature Optimal Living Method.
Gaby now helps women get their bodies back from hormonal chaos using functional medicine by designing highly bespoke health plans that allow for optimal thinking, feeling, energy, vitality, and health.
Gaby works with 1:1 clients in the UK and globally. She also runs bespoke workshops on women's health for corporate clients and private members organisations and and was selected for the 2026 LSE Generate Female Founders cohort.

Emma Watkins
Emma Watkins is an entrepreneur, yogi, and mother. She is the Founder of two businesses and several established Wellbeing Programmes. Throughout it all, two themes have remained constant: community and wellbeing. Emma deeply believes in — and has witnessed time and again — the transformative power of the collective. Today, she is dedicated to making wellbeing accessible, helping individuals feel good, wobble well, heal, and recover.
Yoga has always been her anchor. She has trained extensively across yoga disciplines, breathwork, coaching, and healing, continually deepening her understanding of the mind and body.
Her latest creation, Into the Fold, weaves together 15 years of learning and experience. It is a holistic health companion — a space offering expert-led teaching, curated content, and practical guidance to support and enable balance, vitality, and a sense of fun in everyday life.
